Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–7 business days.
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number, please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost items or shipping issues.

We ship with trusted carriers:

$15.99: Orders under $199.99 and up to 5kg (11lb).
$34.99: Orders over $199.99 or heavier than 5kg (11lb).
FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $199.99 and under 5kg (11lb).
(Note: If your order qualifies by price but weighs over 5kg, the $34.99 rate applies.)

$22.99: Orders under $250.00 and up to 5kg (11lb).
$39.99: Orders over $250.00 or heavier than 5kg (11lb).
FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $250.00 and under 5kg (11lb).
(Note: If your order qualifies by price but weighs over 5kg, the $39.99 rate applies.)

We hope you love your order, but if not, here’s how returns work:

You’re responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

30 Days: You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and with packaging.
Non-returnable: Gift cards, earrings, cosmetics, perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, and hazardous materials.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (processing times vary).
Sale Items: Final sale — not refundable.
Exchanges: Only for defective or damaged items. Email sunferndesign@yahoo.com to arrange.
Gifts: Gift purchases returned by the recipient will be issued store credit.
